All interactions I’ve had have been great! I always get fast efficient responses to all my questions. I even get courtesy reminders before my payments are due and he always finds me the best prices! Highly recommend using their services!!

Awesome place to get insurance! My agent, Peter Cole, finds the best price and is always there to answer the phone and help out however he can. He is super knowledgeable and I feel he is working for me. Give him a chance to price compare, you can’t go wrong!

Pentagon and Peter Cole specifically have been an incredible agent for my family. I had a previous agent with my home that messed things up. A 13k mess-up. While Peter was not able to fix that, he was able to get my roof insured so I had the piece of mind while we worked through getting the roof replaced. On my new boat that I purchased that was hit while being transported by a shipping broker, Peter got involved and was part of the bulldog process in getting a very complicated situation covered, communicated with me on a near daily basis, and steered me through a very stressful time with a boat that I had never had a chance to even put in the water. Pentagon & Peter Cole have our home/vehicles/toys policies for life!

They saved me over $600 on my car insurance compared to my last agent. Also, it's through the same insurance company which means I was getting the shaft with my previous agent. Would highly recommend getting a quote from this agency.
