Pentagon and Peter Cole specifically have been an incredible agent for my family. I had a previous agent with my home that messed things up. A 13k mess-up. While Peter was not able to fix that, he was able to get my roof insured so I had the piece of mind while we worked through getting the roof replaced. On my new boat that I purchased that was hit while being transported by a shipping broker, Peter got involved and was part of the bulldog process in getting a very complicated situation covered, communicated with me on a near daily basis, and steered me through a very stressful time with a boat that I had never had a chance to even put in the water.
